Hi! I'm Filipa, the Founder of Private Exclusive Services

With more than fifteen years of passionate experience in customer service, both in Portugal and Latin America, throughout my career, I've managed demanding daily schedules, organised events, and led major projects — always with one goal in mind: my clients' complete satisfaction.

Understanding how important it is to have things done “for yesterday, not for tomorrow,” I created Private Exclusive Services to support my clients in a more personalised and comprehensive way. By paying attention to every detail that matters to them and truly getting to know each person I work with, I help simplify their lives — whether it's by handling everyday tasks or planning special moments.

I believe nothing is impossible when it comes to achieving your goals — and it's my wish to inspire others to live by that belief too.

I was born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal, and studied Luxury Tourism Management in Estoril.
