7. Period for which the data is stored

The data will be kept for the years prescribed in the law that governs the operations in which the PES services fall.

Regarding the internal Newsletter, the data may be kept forever or even when the data subject requests to stop subscribing.

When the data subject requests to stop subscribing to the newsletter, PES will have a period of one week to delete data from all databases that the data subject requests, and inform the same of this deletion.

The user can also contact PES directly to request the removal of the databases by sending an email to our official address – infor@privatexclusiveservices.com with the following request: “I request that you delete and remove all personal information linked to my email address”.
